Having been judged by The British Property Awards, the team at our Bexleyheath office performed outstandingly throughout the whole judging period, which was judged on over 25 criteria and was focused on exceptional customer service levels and enabled us to win this prestigious gold award.

Anthony Martin wanted to create an estate agency that didn’t use pushy and unpleasant sales and lettings tactics like the other market competitors. The idea and ethos were spot on, but unfortunately, the fledgeling business was hit hard in the recession, and the business was taken over. 

Anthony then decided to rent a desk in a local office where he went on to win an award as the top salesman in the region.

Ever the entrepreneur, in 2010, Anthony borrowed £10,000 from a friend to form Anthony Martin Estate Agents.
