Staff at the award-winning estate agents said that they are working hard to keep up with the demand for homes as they are selling properties as soon as they come to market!
This strong buyer demand and flurry of activity, which started soon after the stamp duty holiday announcement has pushed house price growth to 5.8%, the highest since December 2017.
House price inflation is expected to continue to rise by the end of the year as buyer appetite continues.
UK house price growth is the highest for almost three years, and this has done nothing to quell demand which is still 34% higher than this time last year.
Pent-up demand following the first national lockdown, which then caused a once-in-a-lifetime re-evaluation of housing, and the stamp duty holiday have all contributed to this housing boom, and the property sales pipeline is now 50% bigger than this time last year!
