1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Hamley’s.

2. This giveaway is hosted by Anthony Martin Estate Agents but managed by Why Media Ltd on their behalf.

3. The competition will run from 12.30pm on the 26th November 2020 until 16.00pm on the 17th December 2020. 

4. The winner will be notified within 24-hours of the competition closing.

5. The prize for this giveaway is 1 x £100 Gift Card for Hamley’s store. 

6. We will send the winner all the instructions with regard to the receipt of the prize.

7. You must be following Anthony Martin Estate Agents on Instagram and Facebook. You must also follow  the competition entry guidelines in order to qualify for the draw. Your Instagram account should be public for us to include your entry.

8. The competition winner has 24 hours to respond to our direct message on Instagram. Failure to do so will result in Anthony Martin Estate Agents selecting another winner.

9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except for employees of Anthony Martin Estate Agents and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. 

11. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

15. Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by Why Media.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Entry Guidelines

1. Share with us your festive drawing. This can be shared via Facebook, Instagram or dropped to the local office. For Instagram entries, you need to upload the drawing on your account, tag @anthonymartinestateagents and use #christmaswithanthonymartin. For Facebook entries, please send us the drawing via Facebook Messenger. For entries via local branches, don't forget to leave your contact details.
2. Share the competition post on your Instagram or Facebook.
3. Make sure you are following us on Facebook and Instagram.
