3. The competition will run from 12.30pm on the 7th October 2020 until 12.30pm on the 3rd November 2020.
4. The winner will be notified via Instagram within 24-hours of the competition closing.
5. The prize for this giveaway is 1 x £200 Gift Card for Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe, Kent, DA9 9ST.
6. We will send the winner all the instructions with regard to the receipt of the prize. It will be valid for 12 months from the date of the receipt.
7. You must be following Anthony Martin Estate Agents on Instagram. You must also follow  the competition entry guidelines in order to qualify for the draw. 
8. The competition winner has 72 hours to respond to our direct message on Instagram. Failure to do so will result in Anthony Martin Estate Agents selecting another winner.
9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Anthony Martin Estate Agents and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
11. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
